Many are sponsored by the Government of the country they represent; others partly by the relevant Government and industry,eg The Latin American Trade Advisory Group are sponsored by the UK Government and British industry.
If we have not listed the trade body that could assist you, you should try contacting the Embassy, Consulate or High Commission of the relevant Country, many are listed in the Embassies chapter.
